emme: I am a mom of three. (Blue is a 13 year old boy with plain, picky tastes in food. Lucky is 4 year old boy, with extremely picky tastes. He is autistic and was advised to try a gluten and casein free diet. Ducky is not yet two; the baby girl in the family, she will try anything once!) We eat fairly healthy, I'd say. Right now totally taking control of what we're eating is vital. I need to be very conscientious and particular about what my family is eating. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have been keeping private blogs since 2004. I've always wanted to keep a food blog! Now I have good reason to discuss food and record what I purchase, make and eat; in detail! I enjoy the preparation that goes into making food, whether the recipe is simple or elaborate. I love to research different things to eat and different ways food affects the body. I think the details that go into making eating a happy experience are really important and diverse. *Not all recipes contained herein are gluten/casein free. I am still learning what that even means. All recipes are tagged.
